To encourage the widest possible participation, the tournament was held at a sports venue just a few minutes from the company headquarters, immediately after the working day. This made it easy and convenient for colleagues to take part and enjoy an afternoon of sport together.
A total of 6 teams, with 44 colleagues competing on the court, took part in the tournament. Many other employees joined as spectators, cheering on the players and helping to create an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and engagement.
More than a competition, the tournament was an opportunity to experience the qualities that make a team strong: collaboration, mutual trust, communication, and support. These are values that define sport, but they are equally important in our everyday working environment.
Creating opportunities like this means giving people the chance to get to know one another beyond their daily roles, build new relationships, and strengthen existing ones.
