XPLUS Comfort

The XPLUS at best expresses the concept of a hybrid helmet conceived for mixed use (city/out of town).
The XPLUS is technically different from every other helmet on the market today and encompasses the lightness and comfort of a jet helmet and the guarantee of protection offered by a full face model… but it does not belong to the segment of openable helmets as it is understood today.
With the XPLUS you do not raise the chin-guard but rather the face shield and with it the underlying face protection structure, The difference is not just a matter of words. GIVI's R&D unit has designed a never seen before "face shield integrated with the chin-guard" with the innovative DSA System (Dynamic-Shock-Absorption), which despite functioning like a normal screen, has such shockproof characteristics as to earn the homologation as a full face model. The system is very sophisticated but not for the user who can easily manage the opening/closing movement with a single hand.
The homologation as a Jet helmet allows the use of the XPLUS with an open face in the city, with or without the disappearing eyeglass-shaped shield it is equipped with. By closing the face shield structure, the helmet becomes for all purposes a full face helmet, more adapt to face motorway traffic and out of town rides in general.
